Dr. Kyriakos P. Tigkas, M.D.

Gynecologist – Surgeon Oncologist – Obstetrician
Specialization in Biomimetic Hormone Replacement Therapy
from A4M (American Academy in Antiaging Medicine).

Kyriakos Tigkas, M.D., is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras.

In 1988 he was the first successful candidate in the ranking of the Medical School throughout Greece.

During his studies in the Medical School of the University of Patras, which was his only choice, he had the chance, already from his first year, to participate as unpaid assistant in Surgery Clinics of various Specialties, in a large number of Surgical operations as a volunteer assistant surgeon, as well as in the scientific work of various clinics, such as the E.R.N. Clinic, Gynecological Clinic, General Surgery Clinic, and Ophthalmologic Clinic, among others.

After completing his studies in the Medical School and the rural service, he specialized in General Surgery and Laparoscopic Methods in many hospitals and then in Gynecology and Surgical Gynecologic Oncology in the Oncology Hospital, of Athens “Agios Savvas”. He got his specialization in Obstetrics from the General Hospital of Nikea and he gained his Clinical experience in Hammer Smith, London.

He has also additional specializations in Colposcopy and cervical pathology, prevention of Human Papilloma viruses – HPV, in the fight against cervical cancer and numerous seminars in Functional – Preventive – Anti-ageing and Regenerative Medicine, in particular in the hormonal balancing of women using bio-identical hormones (bio-HRT), as well as in the treatment of typical gynecological problems through an innovative and natural manner, always in accordance to the latest Medical data, as he is constantly being informed about the most updated Medical and especially gynecological advances.

He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-ageing (Α4Μ), the European Society of Anti-ageing (ESSAM) and the Hellenic Academy of Anti- aging Medicine.

Dr. Nikolaos Moschonisiotis, M.D.

Gynecologist – Surgeon Oncologist – Obstetrician
Diplomate and Board Certified in Anti-aging, Preventive, Functional and Regenerative Medicine from A4M (American Academy in Antiaging Medicine).

The Doctor graduated from the medical department of Athens University.  After completing his studies, he successfully completed his obligatory country session in the blood donation department of “AMALIA FLEMING” General Hospital of Athens and in the year 1999 he receives the speciality of General Surgery in the Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus “METAXA”.

Simultaneously, he was working as Head Medical Officer in the Anti-Doping control for the 2004 Olympic Games. From the years 1999 since 2001 he worked as paid assistant in several Surgical all type operations and he was also member of the Vascular (Surgery) Team in the medical center of Athens. He continuously received his title as a specialist in Gynecology – Obstrectics in “TZANIO” General Hospital.

The Doctor ha in his CV a large member of laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries and he is considered among the experts in cervix pathology. He is a member of Greek Gynecological Association and of European Association (EBCOG).

His doctora study is about: “Comparative study of congested estrogen with medroxyprogesterone in relation to congested estrogen alone in the lipidemic and PAI-inhibitor profile of post-partum women”.

The Doctor is diplomate and board certified of the America Academy (Special ABAARM).

Dr. Nikolaos Drakoulis, M.D., Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Medical Science, Specialized Clinical Pharmacologist

Born in Piraeus, he studied Biochemistry in the University of Tubingen and Medicine in the University of Freie in Berlin, Germany.
He received his PhD from the University of Berlin and he specialized in Clinical and Molecular Genetics, in Human Pharmacoepidemiology, in Clinical Pharmacology and Clinical Chemistry. He worked in the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology and Human Genetics in the Universities of Freie and Charite of Berlin.

Since 2001, he is a professor of Clinical Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology, in the University of Medical Sciences, at the department of Pharmaceutics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He is a member of many scientific committees,  associations and councils and the President of the Hellenic Society of Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Diagnosis and Therapy (EEPHARM).
Finally, he is the head of the Research Group on Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenomics at the Department of Pharmaceutics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Sideris Vasilis, M.D.

Microbiologist – Biopathologist – Biologist
Scientific Associate of Pasteur Institute

Graduate of the Department  of Biology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During the period of his training, he received two distinctions about his work from the State Scholarships Foundation (ΙΚΥ). He participated actively in educating students on the subjects of Molecular and Cellular Biology in cooperation with the professor Mr. Thomopoulos.

He continued his studies in the Medical Department of the University of Athens, where he received his degree at 1996. From 1993 to 1997, he was trained as a postgraduate grantee in the laboratory of Cell Immunology of the Greek Institute of Pasteur, in collaboration with Dr. Dotsika who was the leading researcher. During his postgraduate training, he continued to pursue a deeper knowledge in Laboratory Diagnostics and he published numerous essays in Greek and foreign scientific magazines and conferences. To this day, he is a scientific associate of Pasteur Institute.

He has participated in publications to magazines and conferences and in 2000 he received the award “D. Ikkou” at the 12th Conference Of General Medicine. From 2000 to 2005, he specialized in Biopathology – Microbiology in Alexandra Hospital. During his specialization, he participated in different research protocols.

He is a member of the Hellenic Society for Microbiology and the American Society for Microbiology.

Kachrimani Evgenia Bc., MSc.

Biologist  – Molecular Nutritionist

A graduate of the Department of Biology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She prepared her thesis entitled “Molecular regulation of the production of Interferon type I by plasma cell dendritic cells”, in collaboration with the Institute of Biomedical Research of the Academy of Athens, where she also finished her internship.

She holds an Msc. in Reproductive and Regenerative Medicine of the Medical School of the University of Athens. Her training took place at General Hospital of Athens “Alexandra”, in collaboration with which she prepared her thesis, “The Effect of Apoptotic Genes on multiple miscarriages”.

She has worked in a radiology clinic where she was trained in various radiological techniques such as radiographs, orthopantomography (OPG), ultrasound and bone density measurement.

She attends several seminars involving either her basic studies or assisted reproduction.

Karagiannaki Maria Bc., MSc.

Biochemist

A graduate of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of the University of Thessaly.

She prepared her thesis entitled”The Kinetic study of the inhibitors of kinase of glycogen phosphorylase as potential antidiabetic drugs” in collaboration with the laboratory of Structural and Functional Biochemistry of the University of Thessaly.

Post-graduate studies at the Medical Department of the University of Thessaly, titled “Biology Of Reproduction”. She prepared her thesis in collaboration with the Department of Pathology called “Reparative mechanisms and Endometrial cancer.”

Her internship was at the biochemical laboratory of Alexandra Hospital where she participated in the biochemical analysis of clinical samples. Also, during her postgraduate studies, she was trained at the department of In Vitro Fertilization at the University Hospital of Larissa where she attended numerous incidents and conducted laboratory analyses.

Finally, she constantly enriches her already existing knowledge by attending seminars.

Salata Efi Bc., MSc.

Molecular Biologist

Molecular Biologist with bachelor in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology from the University of Crete.

Postgraduate MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Medicine from the Medical Department of the University of Sheffield. Thesis research project on the interactions of the immune and female reproductive system in the mechanism of recurrent implantation failure (RIF).

Experienced in planning and managing research projects through her participation in various short research projects throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies. Indicatively, her participation in the ongoing research project “Characterization of  the miRNA expression profiles in intrauterine cell lines after interaction with JAR spheroids (in vitro blastocyst model)” in collaboration with the NHS Teaching Hospital, Jessop Wing.

From 2015 to 2017 she practiced in various IVF units in the UK.

She has worked as a Biology tutor teaching courses to high school students as well as a supervisor in undergraduate students’ theses while she has been actively involved in educational programs for teaching molecular biology techniques to students.

She continues her education through constant participation in conferences, seminars and online courses.

Member of PEV (Panhellenic Association of Life Sciences) and ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology).

Grivea Ifigeneia

Nutritionist

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan College of Athens and now she is a registered dietitian.

In 2012 she had her clinical practice at Nutrimed’s central office and at Mr. Reppas nutrition office.

The year between 2013 and 2014 she had her clinical practice in Athens Hospitals: General KAT Hospital (Enteral and Parenteral nutrition, neurological disorder, clinical obesity, collaboration with physiotherapist’s team), Attikon General University Hospital (Cardiovascular disease, Chronic kidney disease, tube feeding), Rehabilitation center ANAPLASIS (weight management in patients with brain injuries, burns and overall disabilities).

In 2014 she presented the Health promotion project: Prevention and treatment of Diabetes Type II and its complications in open care center for the elderly at Maroussi.

She accomplished her thesis with the title: “The association of anthropometric indicators and pattern of dietary sources of salt with high blood pressure levels”.

Also she has worked as a volunteer for the festival “change your mind, get in action”. She is educated by lectures about clinical nutrition issues.
