The Molecular Diet as a dietary model

The search for a natural and healthy way of life is nowadays a desire and a need for an increasing number of people. As part of the search for a natural lifestyle, many people are turning to slimming centers or gyms, hoping to maintain their shape and good health. However, despite their intense physical exercise and painful efforts, even if they adhere to the nutritional plans proposed by the “experts”, the result in their bodies is not desirable.

So what are the ideal foods for everyone and what is the best way to gradually reduce and stabilize our weight at ideal levels? Is there a specific marker that determines the ideal weight of everyone, and if any, how can one discover it and then adjust it?

Molecular Diet and other Diets

Despite the many different diets of the past, each of which had a different philosophy, all of them failed because they were based on generalizations, and none functioned as both a nutritional and a “therapeutic” scheme. This chronic deficiency in the nutritional field to “see” behind each incident the real reasons why one can see his/her weight alternating like the months of each year, has created the need for a specific, nutritional platform that examines the uniqueness of each person. In other words, there was the need to create a nutritional plan covering the different, potential deficiencies of each person, treating him as an isolated incident. In the context of this need, a new nutritional scheme, called “Molecular Nutrition,” was created, taking the name of the very philosophy that gave birth to it.

What distinguishes the philosophy of Molecular Nutrition in relation to other nutritional platforms lies in the fact that the former is based and structured on the basis that every human and, by extension, every organism is unique. In the context of this philosophy, Molecular Nutrition suggests some tests that bring to light all the possible deficiencies found inside the cell and impede its proper metabolic function. These deficiencies are not other than deficiencies of the organism in various Microelements, such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements, etc. When these deficiencies are found, a special dietary plan is being developed by Molecular Nutritionists and in collaboration with a doctor, aiming at the restoration of these deficiencies. Thus, both cellular deficiencies and the orderly functioning of the body as a whole are restored and as a result the individual regains his or her ideal weight gradually and steadily.

Permanent Weight Loss (Weight Conservation)

The benefits that a person derives from a Molecular Diet program are multiple and are not just about reducing and gradually stabilizing his/her weight. On the contrary, the personalized nutritional plan of Molecular Nutrition achieves the overall improvement and gradual restoration of the good health of the individual and the return of the body’s energy levels to the optimum level. Given that the nutritional plan proposed by the Molecular Nutrition essentially strengthens every organism with all the necessary elements that consolidate good health and enhance the metabolic functions of the cell, the person is protected from possible Infections, Diseases (Metabolic, Chronic and Autoimmune) and many forms of Cancer.

Therefore, the key to the success of Molecular Nutrition lie to the fact that it examines each person as a unique unit and depending on the case, it suggests a nutritional plan based on scientific documentation rather than randomness or statistics. By examining and dealing with each incident, based on the uniqueness of physiology, needs and potential cellular deficiencies, Molecular Nutrition is considered to be the most appropriate nutritional platform for every individual regardless of gender and age and regardless of whether the individual has a health problem or not.
